活動目的： 藉由有獎徵答與文化推廣，增進全校師生對原住民族文化的認識，共同打造互相尊重、友善溫暖的校園環境。

🎁 獎品與參加規則

閱讀表單： 請先仔細閱讀表單內的說明，正確答案都在裡面喔！

填答限制： ➊每人僅限使用 1 個 Google 帳號填答 1 次，不可重複填寫。

                   ➋參與者姓名亦不可重覆。

為了保護大家的中獎權益，若不小心「踩雷」重複填寫或資料不符，本中心會直接判定放棄資格喔 😭。相信大家都是守信用的，讓我們一起遵守遊戲規則拿大獎吧！

確認通知： 完成表單後，系統會寄送確認信件至您的信箱，確認填寫完成。

獎勵辦法： 填答並全數答對的前 50 名參加者，即可獲得精美小禮品。（名額有限，手速填答！）

📌 注意事項

領獎時間： 本中心公告獲獎名單後至 2026年5月29日（星期五）下午 5:00 前。(請於上班日09:00-17:00前來領獎逾期視同放棄領獎）

領獎地點： 毓麟館 H117 原住民族學生資源中心。

領獎方式：

1️⃣請務必本人親自領取（不可代領）（不可代領）（不可代領）。

2️⃣領獎時請出示可核實姓名的證件（如學生證或身分證或其他證件）。

3️⃣突發狀況： 如遇天災等不可抗力因素，活動將視實際狀況取消或延期，並另行公告。

4️⃣最終解釋權： 主辦單位保有最終解釋與修改權利。

Welcome to all faculty, staff, and students! Join us to learn about Taiwanese indigenous cultures through a trivia quiz and have a chance to win a special gift!

📅 Event Information

• Event Period: From now until May 21, 2026 (Thursday) at 4:00 PM

• Participants: All faculty, staff, and students of Hungkuang University

Event Objective: To promote understanding of indigenous cultures among faculty and students and to build a friendly and respectful campus environment.

🎁 Prizes & Participation Rules

• Read Carefully: Please read the instructions in the form thoroughly—all the correct answers can be found within!

• Participation Limits:

  1. Each participant is limited to one entry using a single Google account. Multiple entries are not allowed.

  2. Each name can only be registered once.

• Fair Play: To ensure fairness for everyone, any entries found to be duplicates or containing inconsistent information will unfortunately be disqualified 😭. We trust that everyone will follow the rules—let’s keep the game fair and win big!

• Confirmation: After submitting the form, the ISRC will send a confirmation email to your inbox to verify your entry.

• Reward: The first 50 participants who answer all questions correctly will receive an exquisite gift! (Limited slots available—act fast!)

• Gift Collection Time: From the announcement of the results until May 29, 2026 (Friday) at 5:00 PM (Overdue items will be forfeited).

• Collection Location: Room H117, Yu-Lin Hall, Indigenous Student Resource Center.

• Collection Method:

  • In person only: Please pick it up yourself (no proxies allowed).

  • Please bring a valid ID (e.g., student ID or personal ID card) to verify your name.

• Force Majeure: In the event of a natural disaster or other emergencies, the center will announce any cancellations or postponements.

• Rights Reserved: The organizer reserves the final right of interpretation.
